HAS 1.0 Resources
The Healthy Athletes System (HAS) enables the electronic capture of screening data across the Healthy Athletes disciplines. The below information on HAS 1.0 working process, if your program need further assistance with HAS 1.0, please contact SOI healthdata@specialolympics.org to start the process. (Note: Most programs will search by athlete’s name, not the GMS ID.)

- Data Entry - Paper Form Cover Letter (PDF): Please follow the instructions on this cover letter when sharing paper HAS forms with SOI.
- Data Entry - Pre-Populate Template: Please email to request a DropBox File Request link from, who will follow up with the link and the template. Due to our data privacy policy, we can not send Pre-Populates with athlete’s information over email and will be using DropBox File Requests.
