Fitness Model Resources

Physical fitness is a key part of the Special Olympics mission. Additional fitness activities beyond sport are improving our athletes sport performance, health and lives. The following fitness programs were created by Special Olympics Programs and have been replicated by other Special Olympics Programs around the world through funding provided by the Golisano Foundation, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Finish Line and Herbalife.
