Internal Communication

Stage 1

Program engages in regular communication with key stakeholders (e.g. athletes, staff, key volunteers) at all levels, and communicates regularly with Special Olympics Region.

Stage 2

Program has a formal channel for two-way communication with internal stakeholders (e.g. social media, chat group, etc.). Program engages with other leaders in Special Olympics Region to share best practices and learn from others.

Stage 3

Program has a platform that enables internal stakeholders, in particular staff and volunteers, to work on projects with each other.
