Hosted by Mujahid Al-Sarhani, a Sargent Shriver Global Messenger from Special Olympics Oman, and trained MATP coach. Mujahid is joined by Declan O'Leary from ICOACHKIDS. Declan works for Sport Ireland Coaching in the development of coaches. He has particular interests in good coaching practice for young people and for people with disabilities, and he is a founding member of ICOACHKIDS. Declan discussed the 10 Golden Principles of Coaching and how Special Olympics Coaches can apply these principles in their setting.
