In Building a Team to Support Fitness, participants explore how fitness does not have to fall solely on the coach. This session introduces the supporting roles and resources that can help strengthen fitness opportunities for athletes throughout the season. Participants learn how roles such as Fitness Captains and Fitness Coaches, along with seasonal planning tools, can work together to share responsibility and support a more consistent approach to fitness through sport, both during practice and beyond the field of play.
