Wertz Warrior Fundraiser - Bowling

Hello to my Special Olympics MI Family. Happy New Year to you and your families. On Saturday afternoon of January 21st, I will be hosting our 3rd annual bowling bash to raise money and awareness for Special Olympics-Wertz Warriors. I really need your help to make this event as successful as it was last year. This event is always a great time. $20 covers your bowling, shoes, pizza and soft drinks. There will also be 50-50 drawings, fishbowl raffles, strike ball, mystery and we will be raffling off a special made in Michigan basket of cheer. We are at a new venue this year and a new time. Shores Lanes is located at 31100 Harper in St. Clair Shores, 48082 (just south of 13 mi rd) No waiting on leagues to finish. Registration will begin at noon with the bowling starting at about 1pm. As always, I would really appreciate the support. We need at least 50 bowlers for this to be a successful event. My goal is to top the 60+ we had last year. Bring a team of 4 or 5 if you can. This is a family friendly event and kids are welcome. As they say- the more, the merrier. Please see attachment for the event flyer and pass the word. I hope to see you there on Saturday the 21st. Sincerely, Al (Bobcat) Melfi- Wertz Warrior.
