Email Signature Tags
April 03, 2013
A great way to ensure good communication with people inside and outside Special Olympics is to use an email signature. Every time you send an email, the signature is attached, passing along your key business contact information. Here's how to do it.
Standard Signature. This uses only text to show key business contact information.
Add a Signature to Outlook
If you don't already have a signature in Outlook, you need to create one. A signature can be automatically added to every new email you send, and it provides contact information about you that your email recipients will need. It's good business practice to be as accessible as possible, and a text signature is pretty easy to make.
Refer to the guidelines in these PDFs for detailed instructions: Adding a signature in Outlook and adding a signature in Outlook Web Application (OWA).
The examples in the PDFs show the set up for SOI staff in Regions or headquarters, so be sure to put in the info that applies to your Program.
